Homecoast House is situated off the South Coast Road with car access via Cavell Avenue and is close to shops in the centre of Peacehaven. The development consists of 33 flats and was completed in 1986.

Facilities include a house manager and 24 hour emergency Careline system, lift, residents' lounge, communal laundry and guest suite.

Peacehaven is a small seaside resort about two miles south-west of Newhaven. It stands high above the chalk cliffs about seven miles south of Lewes and is where the Greenwich meridian crosses the channel. Brighton is about six miles to the west. The town was developed during the First World War and still largely retains its original shape with rectangular plots of land on both sides of the main road. Today it has some good shopping and leisure facilities and you can reach the pebbly beach by a pathway.
