Belvedere has a main central courtyard enclosed by curving terraces of houses approached via raised pavements and walkways. The upper courtyard has a small island as its central feature. The development is located at the edge of the city and it is a good walk down Tregolls Road to the city centre and a variety of restaurants, bistros and inns, as well as the cinema and Hall for Cornwall for live music and theatre.
