Abbeyfield House was built in 1974 and has seven studios with two -cooked meals provided and residents have facilities in their own rooms for making breakfast and refreshments. Facilities include a non-resident manager and emergency alarm service, communal lounge, dining room, laundry and garden. Stonehaven is a small town in a sheltered position on the northeast coast of Scotland. Originally a small fishing village on Stonehaven Bay the town grew due its strategic position as an important landward route and with Dunottar Castle in its magnificent coastal setting about two miles south of the town.
