Hughenden Court is situated off Penn Road in Hazelmere to the northeast of High Wycombe. The development consists of 40 flats with communal facilities completed in 2010.

High Wycombe is mentioned as Wicumbe in Domesday and had six mills. Annually there are several festivals that take place in the town including the Wycombe Arts Festival and the Wycombe Show in September. There are several places of interest nearby and West Wycombe Park has country walks, recreation areas and a Palladian Mansion with fine landscaped gardens. Marlow Hill gives a panoramic view of the area stretching into the Vale of Aylesbury to the west and woodland to the east.
