Eastwood Lodge is situated on the edge of Bramley adjoining Chinthurst Hill and consists of 20 flats around a small central garden. It was completed in 1984 and there is a community alarm service. There is a vibrant theatre scene with venues such as The Electric Theatre and Yvonne Arnaud Theatre and interesting places to visit including fine art galleries, museums and Guildford Cathedral. The town has excellent sporting facilities including the Spectrum Leisure Centre and the Surrey Sports Park.
