Heathside Court is situated close to shops off Baldock Street and within walking distance of Royston station. The development consists of 40 flats with communal facilities completed in 2008.

Facilities include a visiting manager and alarm service, lift, communal lounge, laundry, guest facilities and garden.

Royston developed at a crossroads on the northern slopes of the Hertfordshire Chalk Downs where the old Icknield Way crossed the Roman road of Ermine Street. It is thought that a stone cross erected by a woman called Rohesia gave the town its first name. With its good communications the town soon expanded and the fine Georgian houses testify to its prosperity in the 18th century. Today it is py-passed by the M11.

Tenure: Leasehold
