Laurel Gardens : Laurel Gardens is situated off the High Road by Oyster Lane and is close to the centre of Byfleet. The library is opposite the development and local shops are nearby. The church is partly fourteenth century and George Smith, the founder of the National Biography, is buried there. The manor house dates from the late 17th century.
