Brompton Court consists of 65 one and two bedroom retirement apartments together with a small number of two bedroom bungalows. The development is set on a ridge overlooking Central Gardens and is conveniently located within easy walking distance of the town's many facilities. Personal care and domestic assistance can be provided by a team of trained housekeepers. A member of the housekeeping team is on duty from 8am to 10pm and will also deal with emergencies between 10pm and 8am.

Facilities include a Court Manager, housekeepers and housekeeping assistants, 24 hour emergency help and support and on site staff day and night. Lunch is served every day in the dining room, there is a guest suite, reception lounge, hobbies room and laundry room. One and a half hours of domestic cleaning is included in the service charge.

Bournemouth is one of England's leading holiday destinations with several miles of sandy beaches, beautiful gardens, summer festivals and numerous leisure facilities. The cliffs that surround the bay are intersected by deep rides or cuttings now home to avenues of shrubs and pine clusters. The town has several noteworthy museums including the Russell-Cotes Art Gallery and the Rothesay Museum of early Italian paintings. The Winter Gardens are home to the well known Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra. Bournemouth has a vibrant and stimulating commercial centre and is an excellent stepping off point for the New Forest and the Wessex countryside of Thomas Hardy.
