Newlands Court is situated off the Evesham Road on the north western edge of Stow-on-the-Wold with views into open countryside across the Dikler valley. The cottages all have three bedrooms and No's 1 to 4 and 11 to 15 overlook the formal gardens to Newlands House, a registered nursing home.

Facilities include an emergency alarm service and attractive gardens and grounds with the Nursing Home adjacent the properties.

Stow-on-the-Wold is an historic market town high up on the Fosse Way midway between Cirencester and Wellesbourne. It was once the most prosperous market town in England and today with its market square surrounded by fine gabled houses, it is still one of the most attractive Cotswold towns. There are good local shops as well as specialist food shops, galleries, antique shops and good restaurants and inns.

The Horse Fairs are still held in May and October carrying on a centuries old tradition. The beautiful Church off the market square once held over a thousand English royalist prisoners of war - in 1646. Some of the surrounding villages with their mellow stone cottages seem straight out of the 19th century and are exceptionally attractive. There is testing trout fishing in the Dikler and Windrush.
