The Farthings: The Farthings was completed in 1990 and consists of thirty-two flats in a single building on the corner of Wortley Road and Waterford Road. It is a short walk to both the sea and shops.

The surrounding villages of Mudeford and Highcliffe and the parishes of Burton, Winkton and Hurn form the local borough. There are ample local beaches and sea views and lovely country walks with the New Forest nearby.
