King Richard Court comprises 52 spacious, one and two bedroom apartments on three floors, all accessible by both lift and stairs. The apartments are arranged around two very pretty courtyards, planted and paved to provide a pleasant spot to sit and relax.

The communal areas at King Richard Court include an attractive dining-room, a very comfortable Owners' lounge and frequently used function room. A lively and varied social programme is organised by the Owners themselves and includes regular weekly activities as well as occasional functions and outings to places of interest.

Facilities: To compliment the individual private apartments or bungalows, at every Court there are extensive communal facilities including a very comfortable lounge, a dining room and a meeting room and all Courts have a guest suite available for Owners’ visitors or prospective purchasers who may be considering a move to the Court.
