Westfield Close : Westfield Close is situated off Westfield Terrace within walking distance of shops and just under a mile from the station.

Facilities : Estate management services.

Hexham : Hexham is an ancient market town on the River Tyne below Warden Rocks where the river divides into the south and north Tyne. The river has served the town well and in the 18th century the town was a major glove making centre. Today it is by-passed by the A69 to the north and the old Corbridge road runs parallel to the south along the valley.

Hexham Abbey dates from the 7th century and was founded by St Wilfrid. King Elwald of Northumberland is buried in the church. There is a good selection of shops, inns and restaurants and the town market is held on a Tuesday. The racecourse is above the town at Yarridge Heighs and national hunt races are held throughout the year.

Tenure: Leasehold
