Lincolns Mead : Lincolns Mead is situated off Newchapel Road to the west of the town centre and close to shops in the High Street. The development consists of 16 flats completed in 1989. The station is about a mile.

Lingfield is a very attractive small town with an elegant high street about seven miles south-east of Reigate and about four miles north of East Grinstead. Its name probably derives from 'open land of the dwellers of the wood' and it has a racecourse just outside the town. There are many old houses in the town and the C15th collegiate church was largely rebuilt in the C15th. There is a good range of shops and other amenities and nearby is Lingfield Park golf course. Lingfield mainline station with services to Croydon and London is about a ten minute walk from St Christopher's Court.
