Horsham: In the 16th century Horsham was considerably larger than its neighbour Crawley but the later was granted 'new town' status after the Second World War and expanded very quickly thereafter. There are several old buildings mixed in with the new and the Causeway is well known. A 16th century black-and-white building here contains the local museum.
