Brunel Crescent and Brunel Mews consists of 12 two-bedroom apartments and three three-bedroom penthouses and four two-bedroom cottages. The age covenant for Brunel Crescent is 55 whilst there is no age covenant for the Mews.

Facilities : At Brunel Crescent you live privately and independently in your own home, surrounded by beautifully landscaped and maintained gardens. Day to day tasks will be the responsibility of the management company, who will look after the upkeep and management of Brunel Crescent. This includes cleaning of communal areas, repairs and maintenance of communal areas and facilities.

Box is a small village famous for its railway tunnel built by Brunel 300 feet below ground level. It is also where The Rev. W.V Awdry wrote Thomas the Tank Engine and lived as a boy. Local quarries were used as an aircraft factory in the 1940s and also for safe storage of the nation's treasures. John Wood the Elder was responsible for Shockerwick House about two miles west of the village.
