Homewell House was completed in 1987 and consists of 40 flats off The Moors which runs into Mill Street and is close to the shops in the High Street.

Kidlington is mentioned in Domesday as Chedelintone and had a mill and derived its name from 'Estate associated with a man called Cydela'.
