The development is only a few yards from the centre of Woodstock and is in reach of the shops, local amenities and Blenheim Palace. There are 11 town houses and 16 apartments, all with garages or carports, set in their own private grounds and built in natural Cotswold stone.

The mellow stone built town still retains much of the appearance and atmosphere of its historic past; from the middle ages survive the broad central streets shaped to accommodate busy markets and fairs. From the prosperous 18th Century survive the tall coaching inns, the Georgian town hall, the church tower and elegant Park Street leading to one of the finest landscapes in England.

Woodstock is situated in a particularly beautiful area of the county about seven miles north west of Oxford. It is well placed to take advantage of major road and rail connections in the area. In Oxford, easily reached via the A34, there is a mainline station with fast and frequent trains to London (Paddington 50 minutes) and other regular services to the north west and south coast. There are also stations at the nearby village of Long Hanborough (3 miles to the south west) and at the Cotswold town of Charlbury (7 miles to the north west). The latter provides a regular service to London (Paddington 1hour 4 minutes). Heathrow can be reached by car or by coach from Oxford in around an hour.
