Wiltshire is a popular county with the retired looking for value for money amongst its many beautiful towns from Marlborough in the north to Salisbury in the south.  In Marlborough there are two exceptional estates managed by Cognatum and whilst very different both have that certain quality difficult to find elsewhere.  Both are less than 250 yards from the town's long, wide and largely Georgian high street and both feature conversions of Grade ll listed buildings. St Luke‘s Court  has a commanding position overlooking the common next to Merlin Court Care Home, whilst Wye House is an impressive 18th century listed building now converted to apartments with cottages built in the grounds.
