Retirement Properties Spotlight in Ruabon

Ruabon lies in an area long settled with bronze and iron age artefacts found locally. Gardden hill fort is thought to have been occupied until the Romans came in the first century AD. Both Wat's Dyke and Offa's Dyke pass nearby. The area was a significant employer in the 19th century with iron and coal workings, clay companies as well as chemical plants.
