Thatcher View consists of 24 one and two-bedroom apartments with care facilities if required built over three floors in a contemporary building with its own terrace, security door entry system and lift. Some of the apartments have balconies with views over Tor bay and Thatcher Rock and some with views over the grounds of Lincombe Manor.

Facilities : Services, sometimes known as home care (Domiciliary Care) or home support, covers a number of different services available to you in your home and is provided so that you can remain as independent as possible. You may need help for a short time until you can manage for yourself, or sometimes on a more permanent basis. In most cases people want to stay in their own home, and this service aims to help you do just that. At Thatcher View whether you need groceries to be delivered or help bathing or dressing, this can be arranged with as much or as little support as you require to fit in with how you choose to live your life. Care services can vary from a few hours support a week, to 24-hours a day.

Torquay is a seaside resort on the south coast well known for its panoramic setting overlooking Tor Bay.
