Five purpose built retirement Lodges set within the historic grounds of Culworth House House which is in a conservation village a few miles from Banbury. Flexible care facilities are available from Culworth House and the lodges are located within the listed garden wall and the gardens and grounds extend to some four acres. Each Lodge has its own designated parking space. Pets are welcome subject to written permission from the Management Company.

The old road to Culworth and Northampton from Banbury takes you through Thorpe Mandeville and Culworth in Domesday was known as Culeorde with a mill and was held by Geoffrey de Mandeville. Today it is a delightful mainly stone built village with a church and public house and deliveries are made to the village each week by a butcher and fishmonger. There are bus services to both Brackley and Banbury. There are many interesting places to visit nearby including Canon Ashby House and Sulgrave Manor. The Catanger Llamas are less than two miles away where you can walk your favourite llama along bridleways and quiet country lanes on the edge of the village.
