Fleur-de-Lis Sandhurst consists of 42 one and two-bedroom flats with shared services completed in 2018.

Facilities include non-resident management and emergency alarm service, lift, lounge, guest facilities and garden.

Sandhurst is a town on the River Blackwater about two miles northwest of Camberley. Its name derives from a 'sandy wooded hill' and in the 16th century was smaller than its neighbour, Finchampstead. After 1945 the Royal Military College at Sandhurst, appropriately built by French prisoners of War, combined with the Royal Military Academy, Woolwich, and is now the British Army's principal training college for officers. The town has a good range of shops and fast trains to London(Waterloo) take a little over an hour.
