Tudor Court is situated off the High Street close to shops and consists of 54 flats completed in 1989.

Facilities include a resident manager and emergency alarm service, lift, communal lounge, guest facilities and garden.

Biggin Hill lies about seven miles south-east of Croydon on a plateau of the North Downs and probably derives its name from 'hill with or near a building'. Biggin Hill Airfield was in use in the First World War but became famous during the Second World War for its contribution to the Battle of Britain in 1940. A chapel there commemorates the 453 pilots stationed there and who died in the war. The RAF Station closed after the war but there is still a civilian airport. The high street has a good number of shops.

Tenure: Leasehold
