Denham Garden Village : The new Denham Garden Village has been designed for people over 55 and offers comfort and independence in a diverse community with saftey and security. The new village is being built over three phases and is a complete replacement of the existing Denham Garden Village that was developed in the 1950s by Licensed Victuallers National Homes (LVNH). The grounds incorporate thirty acres of private woodland - Nightingale Wood, and the village centre includes indoor courtyards and atrium spaces that offer natural light and trees. The current residents will continue to rent properties in the new village but more than half of the properties are for purchase.

Facilities : The facilities at Denham Garden Village are comprehensive and include an interesting mix of social, cultural and physical activities. There is a village hall and snooker room with the cafe bar open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a convenience store and post office offering all the basic provisions including newspapers, teas/coffees and fresh pastries. There is also a GP surgery on-site. The Winter garden, a naturally ventilated space with trees and plants which keeps out the elements is next to the library. The health and fitness centre has an exercise studio, gym and swimming pool.

Denham Garden Village is part of the Anchor Trust, the largest not-for-profit provider of housing, support and care in England. They offer round the clock cover and emergency call response to everyone. Domestic services and more personal services such as help with bathing and dressing can be provided by trained staff.

Denham Green : The shops in Denham Green are close by and the old village of Denham, with its excellent restaurants and pubs is a short drive away.
