Berens Cour is situated off Main Road close to shops in the centre of Sidcup. The development consists of 33 flats and was completed in 1983.

Facilities include a resident manager and emergency alarm service, lift, unallocated parking and gardens.

Sidcup was originally a small hamlet on the road from London to Maidstone and is first mentioned in the 13th century. Its name probably derives from Cetecopp meaning 'seat shaped or flat topped hill'. The town lies just off the A20 about five miles from the M25 motorway. The town has a good mix of shopping and recreational facilities with two sports halls, tennis courts, bowling green and several golf courses in the area.

Road and rail communications are excellent with easy access to the M25 and the rest of the motorway network in the south of England. Fast trains to London (Canon Street) take about half an hour.

Tenure: Leasehold
