Arcon Place is situated close to shops off Stokoe Avenue just to the south of the Bridgewater Canal to the northwest of Altrincham. The development consists of eight bungalows completed in 1999.

Facilities include an alarm service, garden and estate management services.

Altrincham is a former market town about nine miles southeast of Manchester. Its name is thought to derive from 'homestead of Aldhere's people'. Once part of Cheshire the town received its first charter in the 13th century and there is still a market today. The town developed in the 18th century with the opening of the Bridgewater Canal and in the 19th century considerable further development took place with the coming of the railways.
