Brookfield Court is approached via a short drive which leads from Springfield Road and which terminates to the west of the development. Altogether there are 38 flats in a single building completed in 1995.

Tunbridge Wells is a particularly attractive town which developed as a spa in the 17th century after Charles II's mother, Henrietta Maria, came here. It was further popularised a century later when Beau Nash, who had done much to promote Bath, became master of ceremonies. Today it is a bustling town famous for the tree-lined Pantiles and its Regency arcade.

There are museums, art galleries, theatres and many fine parks including Dunloran which was laid out by the renowned Victorian gardener, Robert Marrock, in the grounds of a mansion.
