Manor Court consists of 24 cottages and apartments set around an attractive garden square completed in 1979. There is a resident manager, laundry and guest suite and most properties have single garages. Constructed of local brick under clay tiles with traditional stone window and door surrounds, the buildings blend charmingly with their setting and create a tranquil atmosphere.

Facilities : These include a resident manager and emergency alarm system, guest facilities, laundry and attractive gardens and grounds. It is just a short walk to the shops along the river.

Access : Pewsey is seven miles south of Marlborough on the A345 well situated between the A4/M4 and the A303/M3 and nine miles east of Devizes. There are fast trains to London (Paddington) taking about an hour and ten minutes.

Pewsey provides a good range of shops and amenities including a large supermarket, medical centre and sports centre with swimming pool. The town has many delightful thatched cottages and Georgian Houses and whilst the River Avon curls round its southern perimeter the Kennet and Avon Canal passes about a mile north. There are many lovely walks to be enjoyed in the beautiful Wiltshire countryside which varies from rolling chalk uplands to woodlands and river valleys. The most famous perhaps is the Ridgeway which ends in Avebury. Badminton is nearby and there is flat racing through the year at Salisbury.
