Sherleys Court : Sherleys Court consists of 42 retirement flats opposite Masters Court and was completed in 1996.

Facilities : These include a resident manager and emergency alarm service, communal lounge, laundry, guest facilities and gardens.

Ruislip : Ruislip was mentioned as Rislepe in Domesday and had a park for woodland beasts. Its name probably derives from 'leaping-place where rushes grow' when people used to jump across the River Pinn. It remained very much an agricultural community until the beginning of the 20th century with the arrival of the Metropolitan and Piccadilly lines and Ruislip Station opening in 1904. Now totally engulfed by Greater London the town has some good shops along the High Street but perhaps is most famous for its boating lake.

Tenure: Leasehold
