Manor Court: Manor Court consists of 28 flats and houses situated off Baron Street within walking distance of the river and shops.

Facilities: Facilities include an alarm service and visiting manager and garden.

Usk : Usk is a small old market town on the River Usk about six miles east of Pontypool. Its name in Welsh is Brynbuga meaning 'hill of Buga' and in the first century AD the Romans had a fortress here known as Burrium. The river is crossed by a four arched bridge at the western end of the town and the Norman castle overlooks the ancient border crossing. In the 12th century a Beneictine priory was founded part of which is retained in the church of St Mary. The area saw many conflicts in the middge ages and the Battle of Pull Melyn saw the Welsh defeated in the early 15th century. Today the town has a number of inns and restaurants and is a popular tourist destination.
