The Hawthorns :  Apartments vary in size from studio to one and two bedrooms with a balcony or patio option. Carpets and curtains are fitted. The development provides assisted living with security and comfort and emergency assistance is available 24 hours a day. Access is controlled via a door entry system.

Facilities : Facilities include a coffee lounge, library, billiards and games room, gym, hairdressers, beauty salon, and multi-activity room used for indoor activities and Sunday prayers. Eastbourne is a popular resort town on the south coast. The Downs from the west come to an abrupt end to the west of Eastbourne and it is the high white cliffs off Beachy Head for which Eastbourne is famous.
