Great Bradfords House has 33 one-bedroom flats and two two-bedroom flats. Each has a fitted kitchen and en suite shower room, and residents use their own furniture so the house has a personal feel. There are lifts to all floors.

Facilities: A two-course meal is served at lunchtime in the communal dining room, and there is a lovely large conservatory / garden room so you can enjoy the sunshine in comfort. There is an onsite shop and a hairdressing salon, also wheelchair / scooter access, parking and charging.

The scheme manager is on site from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 2pm Saturday and Sunday. When staff are not on duty there is 24 hour emergency care and support.

Braintree is 15 miles west of Colchester and lies on two rivers located at the junction of two Roman roads.
