Palazzo Vivaldi is a development of one and two bedroom retirement apartments - all with air conditioning and central heating - served by lifts to all floors. The Palazzo consists of an underground parking area, the ground floor with hotel style reception area and communal facilities, and four floors of apartments. It is situated in the newly-developing Las Salinas area of Roquetas de Mar, Almeria and nearby is the beach with promenade - about a ten minute walk. Mojacar is an old Spanish ‘white‘ hillside village with a lively beach area and at its highest point, Mirador Castillo, there are spectacular views of the coastline. Garrucha, which is within walking distance of Vera Garden Apartments, is a picturesque 16th Century seaport and fishing is still its main source of income.

The Vera Playa area is served by Almeria, Murcia and Alicante airports which between them provide direct flights from most regional UK airports. Travelling time via the motorway from each airport is 45-75 minutes. The main N340 passes just to the north of the town and connects Murcia with Malaga which is about three hours drive south.
