Holly Place is situated on the west side of the high street within walking distance of Cobham Mill and the River Mole.

Cobham is an ancient settlement built on the River Mole and mentioned in Domesday as having three mills and today a 19th century mill still remains to the south of the main A245. It is a thriving country town with theatres, cinemas and golf course closeby and some fine 18th century houses including Cedar House in Mill Road.

Communications are excellent with the M25 (Junction 10) less than three miles away providing access to the national motorway network. The rail journey from Cobham station to London (Waterloo) takes approximately 35 minutes. The A3 also provides easy access to London, Guildford (9 miles) and the south coast. Weybridge is about four miles away, Kingston-Upon-Thames and Woking six miles.
