Grove House consists of 22 one and two-bedroom cottages and flats with shared facilities completed in 1989.

Grove House is situated close to shops off Fore Street in Topsham to the south-east of Exeter. 

Exeter was originally part of the Roman city of Isca Dumnoniorum and then settled by the Saxons in the 7th century. St Margarets Church dates back to the 10th century. Bowling Green Marsh on the Exe Estuary is nearby and is a Site of Special Scientific Interest.

Exeter is about 70 miles southwest of Bristol and about 13 miles south of Tiverton. Honiton to the east is about 14 miles and Okehampton to the west about 23 miles. The M5 at J30 is about two miles and fast trains to London (Paddington) take just over two hours.
