The Santa Pola Life Resort aims to satisfy the residential, cultural and welfare needs of the fifty five plus market in a stimulating Mediterranean environment. The resort is set in a spectacular location on the Costa Blanca less than ten miles from Alicante Airport in Spain. When completed the development will consist of about 450 retirement properties, principally bungalows and apartments, with community centre and healthcare provision combined with restaurants, fitness rooms and a host of other facilities and amenities. Nearby are two golf courses and excellent walking country and with average annual temperatures of around 18 degrees centigrade there are about ten miles of beaches nearby to explore.

| The social and leisure centre is the focus for the developments communal activities and includes three different restaurants, a club house with library, assembly hall and theatre, shopping centre, meeting and activity rooms and private bars. The care centre has a fully equipped Spa and magnificent outdoor tropical swimming pool and is managed by a professional medical team specialising in preventative medicine. There are various care levels provided from simple domestic assistance (laundry and cleaning) to help with medical support, physiotherapy and a home meal service.
