To provide residents with the greatest degree of choice, there are a variety of suite sizes and layouts from which to choose. Residents are encouraged to decorate and furnish their suite as they wish. As well as receiving a full range of accommodation services, such as three restaurant-style meals a day, snacks, daily activities and transportation, residents have access to on-site personal care and support from Sunrises‘ accredited home help agency.

There are three types of facilities at Frognall House. There are studios and flats of varying styles and types in the main house for those wishing an independent lifestyle, one and two room assisted living suites in Chestnut House each containing an ensuite bathroom and a kitchenette, and The Old Well House, which provides a specially designed environment for memory loss and dementia.
