Willicombe Park has been designed to reflect country house living of a bygone era on the edge of Tunbridge Wells. Many of the properties have fine views over the gardens and there is a delightful walk around the perimeter of the development.

Tunbridge Wells is a particularly attractive town which developed as a spa in the 17th century. It was further popularised a century later when Beau Nash, who had done much to promote Bath, became master of ceremonies. Today it is a bustling town famous for the tree-lined Pantiles and its Regency arcade. There are museums, art galleries, theatres and many fine parks.

Willicombe Park is a little over a mile from Tunbridge Wells off the Pembury Road with access from Sandhurst Road. Communications are very good with the A26 passing through, and the A21 to the east of, the town. Sevenoaks and the M25 at J5 are about 15 miles away. There are fast trains to London (Charing Cross) taking less than an hour.
