Retirement Property & Retirement Homes in New Romney

New Romney : Romney was one of the original Cinque Ports and was a prosperous town in the middle ages until a great storm shifted the River Rother, on which the town relied for trade, to the west. It remains the capital of 'Romney Marsh'- the land to the north, a large area of what is now water-meadows having been reclaimed from the sea.
