Retirement Properties Spotlight in Roehampton

Roehampton : Roehampton is about six miles from Central London and lies to the northeast of Richmond Park - the largest of London's Royal Parks. The village became popular in the 18th and 19th centuries with the opening of Putney Bridge and many fine houses still survive in amongst 20th century development. The old part of Roehampton still retains large detached houses built over the last two centuries often by famous architects and later blocks of flats inspired by Le Corbusier.
