Retirement Properties Spotlight in Blackheath

Blackheath : Blackheath is to be found just south of Greenwich Park and apparently it was here that golf was first played in the early part of the seventeenth century. There are many places of interest nearby including fine Georgian and Regency houses, museums, libraries and old Colleges. The Old Royal Observatory is part of the National Maritime Museum at Greenwich, The Royal Naval College designed by Sir Christopher Wren and enlarged by other famours architects including Hawksmoor, has the Painted Hall.
