Battersea is on the south bank of the River Thames with its most famous building being the power station and has a riverside promenade and well known park of over 200 acres. The Pump House Gallery overlooks the lake. There is a good selection of gastro pubs and Ransomes Dock has restaurants and cafes overlooking an old Thames wharf. The Albert Bridge Road runs the length of the western boundary of the park and provides easy access to all the attractions of Kensington and Chelsea including the Kings Road.
