Fairlawn was developed by E & D Simmons in 1986 and consists of cottage style apartments set around an attractive landscaped garden. It is situated at the end of privately owned Hall Place Drive at the junction of Queens Road and Seven Hills Road. Local shops are nearby at Queens Road parade with the town centre about a mile away.

Facilities include a resident manager and emergency alarm system, guest suite and attractive gardens and grounds. Two bedroom properties each have a garage in a separate block.

Weybridge is named after 'bridge over the River Wey' and was owned by the Bishop of Bayeux at the time of Domesday. Julius Caesar is thought to have crossed here whilst campaigning in 55BC. The town was popular with Henry VIII though little now remains of his palace at Oatlands Park and in the twentieth century was home to Vickers where Barnes Wallis invented his bouncing bomb. Today Weybridge is an attractive town and has shopping to suit all tastes with many specialist boutiques and a retail park with major high street names nearby.

Tenure: Leasehold
