Remenham Row is set in the rural hamlet of Remenham with a river garden looking across to one of the most beautiful towns in Oxfordshire. There are seven cottages, each with its own conservatory, a 'boathouse' with river balcony and four spacious apartments. A traditionally inspired dovecote stands at the entrance to the main courtyard from which the gardens run down towards the private riverside frontage and the magnificent vista of of the River Thames and Henley.

Facilities : These include a visiting estate manager and emergency alarm service, attractive river gardens and all properties have a garage. It is just a short walk over Henley Bridge into the centre of town.

Henley-on-Thames is one of the oldest settlements in Oxfordshire, Henley was established in the 12th century as the main inland port for barges traveling up to London laden with timber and grain. The town itself is elegant and inviting, having over three hundred buildings listed as being of architectural interest. The main street has many Georgian buildings, whilst the square towered Perpendicular church of St Mary‘s, and other timbered houses (including the 14th century Chantry House), hark back to Henley‘s origins as an important and busy port. The original river crossing was replaced in 1786 with the five-arched bridge which we see today. Gracefully spanning the river, it sports keystones carved into the likeness of Father Thames and the goddess Isis.
