Littlehampton is mentioned in Domesday and was once an important port at the mouth of The River Arun. Today it is an attractive resort with Victorian and Edwardian houses lining the seafront and gardens and the wide green leading to the promenade and bathing huts on the beach. There is a small museum in River Road detailing the town‘s seafaring past with a fine collection of maritime paintings and ship models.

The area benefits from many museums including the Amberley Museum and numerous parks as well as the Arundel Wildlife Trust and historic houses such as Petworth Park, Arundel Castle and Goodwood House. The South Downs is an ancient landscape providing beautiful walking country and the Sussex Coastline is renowned for its mild climate and high winter temperatures.

Situation

Westfield Court is situated off Norfolk Road with the main entrance approached via a private driveway off Norfolk and not far from the seafront. It is conveniently only approximately 600 yards from the main pedestrian shopping precinct with its high street shops, clearing banks and post office.
