Development

Wraymead Place was completed in 1988 and consists of 39 flats in two distinct buildings with lifts set back from Wray Park Road. The development is set in attractive gardens and grounds and most first and second floor flats have balconies. Ground floor properties have private patios and each flat has a video entry system.

There is a resident scheme manager and emergency alarm system in all properties. There is parking to the front of the development and within the inner courtyard. There is residents' lounge, a private walled communal garden with summer house, and a therapy room.

Further Information

Reigate is a prosperous and attractive market town. There are many excellent walks nearby on both the North and South Downs. Close to Wraymead Place is Wray Common, one of the many open spaces in and around Reigate and to the north of Reigate is Colley Hill, owned by The National Trust. Reigate Heath has a nine hole golf course and Walton Heath, about 15 minutes away, has two first class golf courses.

The area has a wide range of sporting and social facilities with swimming, tennis, bowling and badminton available at Donyngs Place and Banstead Sports Centre. On Reigate Heath a Surrey landmark is the 18th century windmill - the only one to have been transformed into a church.

Situation

Wraymead Place is set back from Wray Park Road and the local shops are within a short walk.

Facilities include a resident manager and emergency alarm service, video entryphone system, residents drawing room, therapy room and guest suite. Parking is to the front and within the development. There is a summer house in the walled garden.

General Information

Wraymead Place has been designed to provide independent living with the assistance of a resident scheme manager to take care of day-to-day management issues at the development. The service costs cover the management service and each resident contributes quarterly, assessed according to the size of the individual apartment. Information on service costs can be provided by Grange Management. For further information please contact the scheme manager, on 01737 222394 or Grange Management Tel: 01483 411770.
