Situation:

At Seymour Place, Odiham in Hampshire, there are 27 two and three bedroom houses, each with its own garage, set around two attractive garden squares and a swimming pavilion, just off the High Street. The architectural character is taken from their Georgian neighbours but this in no way detracts from their 20th century comforts. All the buildings use materials sympathetic to their surroundings, a mixture of render and brick with slate and tiled roofs

Further information:

Seymour Place is built on land which was part of an estate owned by Corpus Christie College until 1874. William Seymour, the last lessee of this estate, was co-founder of Odiham‘s first bank in 1806. He was a great benefactor to Odiham and built a school here in 1850, some 20 years before the introduction of free education for all. Adjacent to Seymour Place he rebuilt and enlarged the former non-conformist chapel; one of the oldest in the South of England.

Communications:

Odiham is well placed, being two miles from Junction 5 of the M3 and approximately three miles from the mainline stations at Hook and Winchfield (London-Waterloo 45 minutes). Farnham is close by, just seven miles away, with Guildford and Winchester easily accessible at 17 and 24 miles.
