Two bedroom mid-terrace cottage. The entrance hall leads to a shower/cloakroom featuring a fold-down shower seat, new lighting and built-in storage. There is a glazed door from the hall into the light and airy sitting room which has a lovely feature fireplace with an inset electric fire. An archway leads through to the dining room where there are French doors out to the private, patio garden at the rear. There were originally double doors between these two rooms, but the current owners have removed these and fitted a curtain instead, to create a more open plan feeling. The original doors are stored in the garage and could be easily reinstated. The kitchen is accessed from the sitting room and has been fully renovated with new lighting, non-slip flooring and soft-closing cupboards as well as Zanussi integrated appliances including a hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The freestanding fridge/freezer is also included in the sale. A part-glazed door leads from the kitchen into an enclosed porch area at the back of the property which is double glazed and has a tab for a garden hose or washing machine, a broom cupboard and shelving. On the first floor are two double bedrooms and the main bathroom. The bedrooms both have fitted wardrobes whilst the master bedroom also has a fitted bookcase and dressing table and the second bedroom has a vanity basin. The bathroom has also been refurbished and includes a power shower and non-slip flooring. The property has off-peak electric storage heaters and double glazing throughout. The hot water heater was replaced in 2017. There is a boarded loft with shelving which provides useful extra storage.

Berrow Court is a short walk from the thriving centre of Upton-upon-Severn situated at an ancient crossing point on the River Severn. The landscaped courtyard of retirement cottages and apartments is situated near the banks of the river with broad views over the Ham and the river to Bredon. The cottages are set around an attractive garden square with garaging to the side.

Berrow Court is close to the centre of this ancient Severnside town and takes its name from the area known as Buryfields, the raised ground above the flood plain of the Ham and probably the site of an ancient settlement or Burgh (Berrow).

|
The town is well placed being one mile from the A38 and close to the M5 and M50. Tewkesbury and Great Malvern are seven miles away. Trains to London go from Worcester (two hours and ten minutes) and Cheltenham (two hours and 15 minutes).
