Pegasus Court is situated to the south of the village off Station Road. It is just a short walk to the centre of the village with its good local shopping including banks and general food shops, a library and health centre. Stratford-upon-Avon is about 15 miles.

Broadway sits at the foot of the Cotswold escarpment in a beautiful landscape with the main high street running gently down the final slope to meet the green by the Lygon Arms Hotel. It is full of handsome 18th century houses set back from the road built in mellow Cotswold stone with a honey coloured texture creating a picture postcard world. Broadway Tower at the top of Broadway Hill has fine views across the Vale of Evesham and on a fine day several counties can be seen.

Broadway is situated just off the A44 Worcester to Oxford Road about six miles from Evesham. Moreton-in-Marsh is about eight miles, Stow-on-the-Wold nine miles and Cheltenham 15 miles. The M5 at Junction 9 is about 14 miles. Fast trains from Moreton-in-Marsh to London ( Paddington) take about an hour and a half.
