Robartes Court consists of 30 apartments and cottages in a convenient location about half a mile from the City centre. The properties are set around a small courtyard with parking to the front of the development. There is a resident manager and emergency alarm system, communal lounge, guest facilities and laundry.

Residents benefit from a communal laundry room. There is a lift to all floors and there is a guest suite that can be reserved for visitors.

The ancient port and market town of Truro is situated at the head of the River Truro and developed in the Middle Ages as one of the 'stannary' towns which controlled the country's tin industry. Today the city has a vibrant shopping centre with many national retailers and a new retail development at Lemon Quay. The city has some fine Georgian and Victorian architecture in amongst the many alleyways and cobbled streets and High Cross is often the stage for celebration and entertainment.

Truro is about ten miles from the sea and about 13 miles south west of St Austell. Redruth is about nine miles and Falmouth 12 miles. Rock is 24 miles. Fast trains to London (Paddington) take a little over four hours.
